Write one line about a moment and get it back as a quiet, film-grade shot. The app wraps your text in a cinematic look: shallow depth of field, moody natural light, anamorphic framing and a European arthouse grade. It runs on Seedance 2.0, so clips can be 4 to 15 seconds long with sound.
How to make a cinematic scene
- Describe the moment: who or what is in frame, where it is and what happens.
- Attach references (optional): images or sound clips of a person, product or place you want in the shot.
- Or start from a frame: switch on First & last frame to open on your own picture, and add a last frame if you want to control where it ends.
- Pick shape, length and resolution. 16:9 is the default; 21:9 suits a widescreen feel.
- Generate.
What to write
Describe content, not camera jargon; the look is already set. Good prompts name a subject, a place, the light and one action:
- "A woman in a wool coat waits at an empty tram stop at dawn, breath visible in the cold air, she checks her watch"
- "An old fisherman mends a net on a wooden pier as fog rolls in off the sea"
- "Two teenagers ride bicycles down a dusty country road at golden hour, wheat fields on both sides"
- "Rain on the window of a late-night diner, a waiter wipes the counter and turns off the neon sign"
Tips
- One action per clip. A single gesture or movement reads better than a whole plot.
- Name the time of day and the weather. Light does most of the work in this style.
- Draft cheap: 480p on Mini or Fast, then render the version you like at 720p or 1080p on Standard.
- Longer sequences: make several clips with the same character and place descriptions and cut them together.
After you generate
Use Recreate to run the same settings again, or Reuse prompt to adjust the text. Send to another tool to finish the clip: Upscale, Trim, Color grade, Add subtitles, Extract frames for stills, Make a GIF or Extract audio.
