Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Zanno ("we", "us"), including zanno.ai, its apps and its tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Zanno. Questions: support@zanno.ai.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Zanno.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person per account. Don't create accounts to collect extra free credits.

Credits, plans and payments

• Tools are paid for with credits. The composer shows what a run will cost before you start it.
• Failed runs are not charged. If a run fails, its credits go back to your balance.
• Free plan: a daily allowance of credits. Daily credits expire at midnight UTC and don't carry over. Some models and apps are available on paid plans only.
• Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings and keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Plan credits expire at the end of each billing period.
• Top-ups are available on paid plans. Top-up credits don't expire while your account is open.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Refunds: unused subscription time can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@zanno.ai.
• Prices and the credit cost of tools can change. Changes apply to runs started after the change, never to runs already started.

Your content

• You keep the rights you have in what you upload and in what you create with Zanno, to the extent the law allows.
• You give us permission to store, process and transmit your content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI model providers that run your requests.
• You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including permission from people who appear in your photos, videos or recordings.
• AI output can be similar to output created for other people, and it can be wrong. Review it before you rely on or publish it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Zanno to:

• create or share sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors;
• create intimate or sexual images of real people without their consent;
• impersonate real people, or create deceptive content about real people, without their consent;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks or other people's rights;
• harass, threaten or defame anyone, or promote violence or hatred;
• break the law, or help someone else break it;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, get around its limits, or resell access without our written permission.

Our AI providers also filter requests, and some prompts or files may be refused. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

The service

• Zanno gives you access to AI models run by third-party providers. We may add, change or remove models, tools and features.
• We work to keep Zanno available, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimers and liability

• The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
• To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited by contract.

Ending your use

You can stop using Zanno at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its remaining credits are lost, except where the law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you on the site or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Zanno after that, you accept the new terms.
