Paste a link or any text, pick your colors, optionally drop in a logo, and download a sharp PNG QR code. It's free, has no watermark and never expires.
How to make a QR code
- Type or paste what to encode: a URL, an email address, a phone number or a short message.
- Add a logo (optional). Click the Logo slot and choose an image. A square logo on a plain background works best.
- Set the size with the slider, from 256 to 2048 pixels.
- Pick colors for the foreground and background, from the swatches or by typing a hex code.
- Generate and download the PNG from your library.

Customization
- Colors. Any foreground and background color, as long as they contrast enough to scan. Dark dots on a light background scan most reliably.
- Logo. Placed in the center on a small padded tile in your background color. With a logo we use the highest error correction automatically.
- Size. From 256 to 2048 pixels square. The code always keeps a quiet margin around the edge, which scanners need.
Tips
- Test before you print. Scan the code with two different phones.
- Keep links short. Shorter text makes a simpler, more robust code.
- Print it big enough. About 2 cm across is the practical minimum; bigger is better at a distance.
- Don't invert it unless you've tested it. Some older scanners struggle with light dots on dark backgrounds.
