Tips for clean edges
- Contrast helps. A subject that stands apart from its background, in color or brightness, gives the crispest edge.
- Crop first when there are several subjects and you only want one.
- Use the largest photo you have. More pixels mean finer edges, especially around hair and fur.
- Check on dark and light. The checkerboard behind the result shows exactly which areas are transparent.
