LTX 2.3 is Lightricks' video model for fast, low-cost clips. It makes MP4s of 5 to 20 seconds, in landscape or vertical, at up to 1080p, from a text prompt or a starting image. The low per-second price makes it a practical place to try ideas, make drafts and produce lots of variations.
What you can do with it
- Text to video. Describe a shot and get a clip of up to 20 seconds.
- Image to video. Attach a picture and the first image becomes the opening frame.
- Drafts and variations. Try several takes of a scene for a fraction of the cost of higher-priced models.
How to use it
- Write the shot in the composer.
- Attach a starting image if you want the clip to begin from it.
- Set aspect ratio, duration and resolution.
- Check the price in the composer, then generate.
Writing prompts for LTX 2.3
- Be direct. Subject, action, setting, then style. Short, concrete sentences work well.
- Describe one continuous moment. One place and one main action per clip.
- Name the camera move. Slow zoom in, pan left, static shot, aerial drift.
- Set the light and color. Golden hour, neon night, overcast and muted, high-contrast black and white.
- From a starting image, describe what moves and how the camera behaves.
Example prompts:
- Aerial drift over a winding mountain road in autumn, a single red car moving through orange and yellow trees. Soft morning haze.
- Starting from the attached illustration: the lanterns sway, the cat on the windowsill flicks its tail, and snow begins to fall. Slow push-in.
Choosing settings
- Aspect ratio: 16:9 (default) or 9:16.
- Duration: 5 to 20 seconds, default 8.
- Resolution: 480p, 720p (default) or 1080p.
- Seed: an optional field in the advanced settings panel that lets you pin the random starting point of a run.
Pricing is per second of video, the same whether you start from text or an image:
| Resolution | Credits per second | 8-second clip | 20-second clip |
|---|---|---|---|
| 480p | 50 | 400 | 1,000 |
| 720p | 75 | 600 | 1,500 |
| 1080p | 100 | 800 | 2,000 |
The shortest, lowest-resolution clip, 5 seconds at 480p, is 250 credits. The composer shows the exact price before you generate.
LTX 2.3 doesn't generate sound or offer a First & last frame switch. When you have a draft you like and want audio, a fixed ending frame or a different look, take the idea to Flux 3, Wan 3.0 or Seedance 2.0.
